The Pool Of Life Presents An Introduction to Family Constellations (North) - Crosby

The Pool Of Life presents the next round of Intro to Family Constellations Workshops, building on the first workshop selling out at the start of October. This is one of a series of Intro Workshops taking places across Merseyside, with events in Crosby, St Helens, Liverpool City Centre, South Liverpool, and the Wirral.

Family Constellations is a new therapuetuic modality for the Liverpool City Region and wider Merseyside region so this additional event provides an opportunity to learn more deeply about -

1. What is Family Constellations.
2. The History of Family Constellations.
3. The benefits of experiencing a Family Constellation and how it works.
4. What it means to be a representative in a Constellation for another person.

Family Constellations is a innovative and potent therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics and patterns within families and relationships. It is based on the idea that our families have a deep and profound influence on our lives, and that unresolved traumas, conflicts, and emotions can be passed down through generations.

It can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, addictions, and emotional or behavioral problems. It is a holistic approach that views individuals as part of a larger system and seeks to promote healing and growth within that system.

There will be series of warm up exercises and an opportunity for 1 person to experience a Constellation.

Timings are 12:30 - 3:30.
